At Archer and Olive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new stationery or home goods don't inspire your creativity, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all journals and tools are unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
